1 Booking & Payment
- 1.1 All bookings must be confirmed in writing (message or email).
- 1.2 A deposit of 30% may be required to secure the booking.
- 1.3 Full payment must be completed before the hire period begins unless otherwise agreed.
- 1.4 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card, PayPal, or cash (if arranged in advance).
2 Hire Period
- 2.1 The hire period will be agreed at the time of booking.
- 2.2 Any changes to dates or times must be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability.
- 2.3 Extensions to the hire period may incur additional charges.
3 Cancellations & Refunds

3.2 Provider Cancellations
If the Provider cancels for any reason (mechanical issues, illness, safety concerns), the Customer will receive a full refund or an alternative date of their choosing.
4 General Use & Responsibilities
- 4.1 The sauna must be used responsibly and according to the safety advice provided.
- 4.2 The Customer is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all guests using the sauna.
- 4.3 The sauna must not be used by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- 4.4 Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- 4.5 The Customer must not modify, tamper with, or misuse the sauna or any equipment.
5 Health & Safety
- 5.1 Individuals with medical conditions should seek medical advice before using a sauna.
- 5.2 Hydration must be maintained during use.
- 5.3 The Customer accepts that sauna use carries natural heat-related risks.
- 5.4 The Provider may refuse service if use is deemed unsafe.
Important: Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical concerns should consult their GP before using a sauna.
6 Liability
6.1 The Provider will not be liable for:
- Injuries resulting from misuse or ignoring safety guidance
- Personal belongings lost or damaged during the hire
- Any issues arising from health conditions not disclosed
6.2 The Customer accepts full responsibility for their own use and the use of their guests.
7 Damages
- 7.1 The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the sauna or equipment during the hire period.
- 7.2 If damage occurs due to misuse or negligence, repair or replacement costs may be charged.
8 Customer Conduct
- 8.1 The Provider reserves the right to end the hire early if the sauna is being used unsafely or irresponsibly.
- 8.2 No refunds will be provided if the hire is ended due to misuse.
9 Privacy
- 9.1 No photos or videos will be taken of customers during private bookings unless explicitly permitted.
- 9.2 Customer information is used only for communication and booking purposes.
10 Amendments
The Provider may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will apply to future bookings. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.
